Process of Making A2 Bilona Desi Ghee
Fresh A2 cow milk is first boiled and naturally cooled, then cultured into curd. This curd is traditionally hand-churned using the Bilona method to extract makkhan (white butter). The butter is then slowly heated on a low flame until it turns into pure golden ghee. Finally, the ghee is filtered and packed without adding any chemicals or preservatives, preserving its natural aroma, nutrition, and authenticity.
A2 बिलौना देसी घी बनाने की प्रक्रिया
सबसे पहले शुद्ध A2 गाय के दूध को उबालकर प्राकृतिक रूप से ठंडा किया जाता है। इसके बाद दूध को जमाकर दही बनाया जाता है। तैयार दही को पारंपरिक बिलौना विधि से मथकर मक्खन (माखन) निकाला जाता है। इस माखन को धीमी आंच पर पकाया जाता है, जिससे शुद्ध सुनहरा देसी घी तैयार होता है। अंत में घी को छानकर बिना किसी रसायन या प्रिज़र्वेटिव के पैक किया जाता है, ताकि इसकी प्राकृतिक सुगंध, स्वाद और पोषक तत्व सुरक्षित रहें।
